Wanda Tracy

Sister Tracy was a sweet kind woman, we will miss her. Below is her obit. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Oct. 18, at 2 p.m. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Paonia, with Bishop Charlie Huff officiating. A private burial will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery in Paonia. alt Mrs. Tracy was born Jan. 17, 1943, in Glendale, Calif., to Owen and Ella (Dickie) Flynn. She spent her childhood in Glendale and Canada. She graduated from Hollywood High School in 1960. She was a janitor for many years. She lived in Elko, Nev., before moving to Hotchkiss 10 years ago. She enjoyed hiking in the mountains and studying genealogy. She rode her bike across the United States in her early 50s. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Mrs. Tracy is survived by a son, Doug Leeman of Layton, Utah; a daughter, Donna Grant of Prescott Valley, Ariz.; a brother, Owen Flynn Jr. of New York; a sister and her husband, Margaret and Rusty Larson of Montana; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
